Florida CAM Online
Terms of service
What you're buying, what we promise, what we don't, and the rules of using the course.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered legal entity name], trading as Florida CAM Online ("we", "us"). By enrolling in the course or using floridacamonline.com you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not enrol.
1. What you are buying
A single online course: Florida CAM pre-licensure education, priced at $299 as a one-time payment. Enrolment includes all course modules, practice questions, two full-length practice examinations, a certificate of completion on finishing, and 12 months of access from the date of purchase.
Access is personal to you. You may not share your account, and we may suspend accounts showing signs of shared use.
2. Our approval status
Florida requires pre-licensure education to be completed with a provider approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Our application for provider approval is in preparation; until it is granted, we do not represent course hours as satisfying that requirement, and we are not enrolling students. Current status is published on our about page.
3. What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee you will pass the state examination. The examination is set and scored by the state and its testing vendor. Nothing on this site is a prediction of your result.
- We do not guarantee licensure. Licensure decisions, including those involving criminal history, are made solely by the Department.
- We do not guarantee employment or any particular level of earnings. Salary figures published on this site are third-party estimates, labelled as such.
4. Educational content is not legal advice
Course material and the guides on this site are educational. They are not legal advice and do not create a professional relationship. Florida statutes and rules change; always verify current requirements with the Department or qualified counsel before acting on them.
5. Your obligations
- Give accurate registration details. Your certificate is issued in the name you provide.
- Complete the coursework yourself. Having someone else complete it defeats its purpose and invalidates the certificate.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. Intellectual property
Course content, practice questions, and site material are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish them, or use them to build a competing course.
Third-party trademarks shown on this site remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Payment and refunds
Payment is taken at enrolment through our payment processor. Our 7-day money-back guarantee and its single exception are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. State fees — application, fingerprinting, examination — are paid to the state and its vendors, not to us, and are not refundable by us.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, in particular account sharing, fraudulent payment, or attempts to compromise the service. Where we end access for breach, refunds are at our discretion. You may stop using the course at any time.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the course available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting faults, and events beyond our control can cause downtime. Where an outage materially reduces your access period we will extend it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the course or this site is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or opportunities arising from examination or licensure outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of [county] County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be notified by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
