Florida CAM Online
Refund policy
A 7-day money-back guarantee, stated plainly — what it covers, how to claim it, and the one situation where it doesn't apply.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Short version:Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, provided you have not already claimed your certificate of completion. No forms, no explanation required.
The guarantee
The Florida CAM Pre-Licensure Course costs $299 as a one-time payment. If you decide within 7 calendar days of your purchase that it is not right for you, we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email info@akasg.com from the address you used to enrol.
- Include the word "refund" in the subject line so it reaches the right place quickly.
- That is the whole process. We may ask one optional question about why the course was not a fit — you are free to ignore it, and it has no bearing on the refund.
How long it takes
We action refund requests within [business days to acknowledge — e.g. 2] business days. Once processed, funds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly it appears on your statement, typically 5–10 business days.
The one exception
A refund is not available once you have completed the course and claimed your certificate of completion. The certificate is the deliverable: once it has been issued in your name, the product has been received in full. This is the only circumstance in which the 7-day guarantee does not apply.
Partial progress is not a barrier. You can work through modules, take practice questions, and still request a refund within the 7-day window, provided the certificate has not been issued.
What happens after a refund
- Course access ends when the refund is processed.
- Your progress records are retained only as long as needed for our own accounting and compliance obligations — see the privacy policy.
- You are welcome to enrol again later; a previous refund does not disqualify you.
State fees are not refundable by us
This policy covers the course fee paid to Florida CAM Online only. Fees you pay to the State of Florida or its vendors — the DBPR application fee, fingerprinting, and the examination fee — are set and collected by those bodies and are outside our control. Refunds of state fees, where available at all, must be sought from the Department or the relevant vendor.
Payment disputes
If something has gone wrong, please email us first — a refund is usually faster than a card dispute, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it. If you have already filed a dispute with your bank, tell us and we will cooperate with your issuer.
