What to send us
- Course and enrolment questions— what's included, pacing, device support, access problems.
- Refunds— put "refund" in the subject line; see the refund policy.
- Certificate issues — a missing or misspelled certificate, or a name change.
- Accessibility — if any part of the course or site is difficult to use, tell us and we will fix it.
- Content corrections — if you believe something in a lesson or guide is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Cite the page and, if you can, the statute.
- Regulatory and press enquiries — same address; mark the subject line accordingly.
What we can't help with
We are a private education provider, not a government agency and not a law firm. We cannot:
- Tell you whether your specific application will be approved.
- Advise on how a criminal record will be treated in your case — the Department reviews each application individually, and a Florida licensing attorney is the right help for a complicated history.
- Give legal advice about a community association dispute.
- Schedule, reschedule, or score your state examination.
Contacting the Department directly
For questions about licensure itself — application status, eligibility, fees, or the examination — the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is the authoritative source:
